QBO only allows integration of PayPal for grandfathered accounts (that were started before 2018). Thus, new QBO accounts aren't able to use this feature, and Merchant Services is no longer offering accepting payments via PayPal.

As a workaround, you can find a third-party application that can accept payments via PayPal. To do that, you can go to the Apps menu and search for a keyword like "credit card payments."
