How do I record daily travel expenses in the works vehicle?

Currently, recording mileage for your daily travel expenses is only available to selected QuickBooks Online (QBO) regions. 

You can manually create an account dedicated to tracking your mileage expenses, allowing you to record your daily travel costs. To do so, follow the steps below:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Chart of accounts.
2. Click the New account button in the upper-right corner.
3. Enter the necessary information about the mileage expense.
4. Hit Save.
   
    

Bu following these steps, you can efficiently track and manage your travel expenses in QuickBooks. You can select either Expense or Check depending on how you want the mileage cost recorded.

Aside from that, you may want to consider utilizing a third-party application. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Apps menu.
2. Select Find App.
3. Search an app that you can use to track mileage. You can simply type in the keyword.
