Hello there, Prasanna. I'll share some information about sending reminders to your teams in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

The option to send a reminder to notify your team that an expense exceeds a particular amount is unavailable in QBO. That said, you can look for a third-party application that has this ability and can be integrated into the program. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Apps store site.
  2. Next, enter a keyword of the feature you need in the Search bar. Example: expense reminders.
  3. The page will show the list of application that is related to what you search.
  4. You click them and see the details in the Overview tab.

Additionally, you can create a recurring template if you regularly enter an expense transaction for a particular vendor in QBO.
