Here's how your accountant can practice with a demo company in QuickBooks Online Accountant:

1. In the QuickBooks Online Accountant, select the Gear icon.
2. Click the Sample Company.
3. A notification will appear indicating that you will be signed out of your firm to access the demo workspace. Click on Continue.

After clicking, your accountant can practice and use tools with sample client data, rather than the real thing.

Your accountant can also use a free trial.
