If your account has been active within 90 days of signup, let's reset it to delete your data. Please note that this is for QuickBooks Online Plus or Essentials users only. If you use the Simple Start version, you'll need to cancel your current books and start a new one.
To purge your data, I'd suggest following these steps:
The next screen will provide a summary of the items to delete.
Type YES to delete the data, then select OK.
Once your selections are complete, select Wipe Data.
However, if your account is more than 90 days, you can't reset it right away. I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to extend the purge and reset date for you. Then, you can now delete your data and start over.
