How to delete payment method options

You can make a payment method inactive instead of deleting them in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me guide you on how to do this task:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. In the Lists section, choose All Lists.
3. Select Payment Methods.
   
4. Click the drop-down icon that is aligned with the name.
5. Select on Make inactive.
