How to maintain godowns in quickbooks and how to transfer goods one place to another place

I understand that you need to track inventory from different warehouses. QuickBooks Online isn't designed to do 

do multiple locations/warehouses.

You'll want to look for a third-party application that can handle multiple warehouses and the transfer of inventory. Visit the Apps tab to see the list of supported apps.

QBO doesn't support multi warehouses. You need an inventory management app to do so.
