How to write off suppliers small balances using QB online essentials? Can I use the supplier credit? Thanks.

Welcome to the Community. You have two option to write off the credit of your supplier in QuickBooks Online: 

You can either Enter the credit note, then in pay bills select the bill and apply the credit or create a journal entry.
