Hello there, Nini. Are you getting a specific error message, or are you experiencing a browser issue when you try to update the card?

To address card update issues in QuickBooks Online (QBO), please log in as the primary administrator. Check the Gear icon and select Manage Users to verify your role.

If you see an error message or a blank screen while updating your details, ensure that all subscription and billing fields are filled in correctly with no special characters or symbols, including the billing address.

Additionally, ensure the card is active. If the card has already expired or is expiring later this month, the system may lock the record and prevent you from saving any changes.
