I'll make sure you're able to update billing info, kdookiesingh.

The could be a browser-related issue. The stored cache can affect the performance of QuickBooks Online that can cause unexpected behavior. I recommend accessing your account via a private window.

Before doing so, please remember that only the Master Admin, Company Admin, or Standard with all access rights user can view and edit the details.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

Once signed in, update the billing details. If you're able to do so, let's clear your browser's cache. This removes its stored cache so QuickBooks will perform efficiently.

You can also use other compatible browsers. They'll provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

Additionally, learn how to change your billing schedule for your QuickBooks Online plan using this article.
