I cant log in to my payroll account account

Payroll is currently not available in QuickBooks Row. Let login to your account using a private or an incognito browser so you'd be able to login to your QuickBooks account.

Here's are the keyboard shortcut keys you can use:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P 
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N 

If you're able to login to your account,  you may need to clear the cache of the regular browser you're using. Also, you can use other supported, up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to be thorough. If the issue persists, you can refer to this article for more possible scenarios which may be causing the problem: Get help if you can't sign in to your account.
