I had set up payment using Debit Card. However, because of a RBI regulation, Intuit cannot process it. I provided by Netbanking details

Welcome to the Community, @subodh-subsay-gm. I understand you'll want to use your credit card to pay bills. 

At the moment, QuickBooks Payments is only working in the US versions. In the meantime, you may use a third-party application that works best with QuickBooks.

You can visit the QuickBooks Apps website to choose the right one for you.
