Question

I have QBO Advanced, but I can't add apps, nor the price rules, nor send an email to support. I think you gave me a third world accound. I need support on that.

After you have performed the steps provided by my colleague but, still had a hard time sending your email. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They also have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right. 
  2. Tap the Contact Us button at the bottom. 
  3. Enter a short description of your concern. 
  4. Tick Continue
  5. Choose to Message an agent to connect with our support.
