Our Trial Balance Report in QuickBooks Online is limited to the debit and credit balances of each registry on your chart of accounts for a specific period of time. Inserting additional columns on the report is currently unavailable.
If you want, you can pull up another report with the details you need and then merge the information in Excel. Browse through the Reports menu to see all the available transaction and balance reports.
Once you find the report that has the information you need, simply use the Export icon to move the report to an Excel worksheet. See this:
