I reset my qbo thru purge company but the projects are still there what should i do ? I cannot delete them

Purging your QuickBooks Online account erases your transactions and gives you a fresh start. Since those projects are still showing up, it sounds like a sync issue within the system.

I recommend contacting our QBO live support team so they can look into the backend of your file to see why those projects didn't clear out.
