I can't do invoices on this version as I don't understand it or see parts that I need to do on invoices.

Hi there, @weeks-eng. I understand that seamless billing is a top priority for you in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please follow these direct instructions to help you get those invoices out smoothly.

Go to All apps, and select Sales & Get Paid. Click on Invoices and Create Invoice. Add your customer and put all their information. Review and adjust the Invoice date, Due date, and Terms if needed. Please note that in the Terms field, Net refers to the number of days until the payment is due. Add the Product/ Service after.

To customize your invoice, use the Manage menu to adjust settings in the side panel. QuickBooks will save for future use. You can incorporate estimates, billable time, or credits via the Suggestions tab, and if you're dealing with different currencies, update the Exchange rate under Payment options. Additionally, you can enable PayPal payments, set the Modern template as your default under Design, and use the Scheduling section to queue your invoice for later printing or sending.

Once finished, you can choose to review and send the invoice via email, save it (either as a draft, a new entry, or to close), Print or download a hard copy, or distribute it digitally through a Share link or WhatsApp.

If you have additional concerns about managing your invoices, please reply to this post.
