Question

I want to know if it's possible to show a QuickBooks page to another person so that person can only view information but not edit anything.

Hi there, Alex. Yes, you can definitely set that up. To give someone view-only access, simply invite them as a new user and assign a limited role so they can view your data without changing it. Just go to Settings, select Manage users, and click Add user to enter their name and email address. From there, use the Roles dropdown to choose the specific level of access, and expand the sections to verify exactly what they’ll be able to see before hitting Send invitation.

It’s a smooth process, but if you’d like more information, you can refer to the Add and manage users article.

We’re always here to help you if you have any other concerns.
