For now, QuickBooks Online International doesn't support payroll at the moment. 

If you're using a third-party app to create paychecks, I'd recommend reaching out to them. They can provide you another workaround in sending paychecks to your employees.

I can also see that the address you're referring to is based in the United States. If you have a QBO US account, the option to deliver paychecks to your employee's location is unavailable in the program.

However, you can manually print your paychecks and send them to your employee's address. Or else, send it using the Direct Deposit feature in Online Payroll. 

In case you need to get a closer look at your business's finances, you can run some payroll reports in your QBO Payroll account.
