is anyone having problems with their payroll tax center payables due not showing?

There are a few common reasons why the 941s aren't appearing in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll Tax Center. These include:

• Automatic Payments Enabled: If you're set up for Intuit auto-pay, QBO may have already withdrawn the funds immediately after payroll, removing the need to manually pay in the Tax Center. Check your bank transactions or the "View tax payments" list for recent activity. Since you already checked they're it's likely something else.
• Wrong Tax Setup/Schedule: Verify your payroll settings (Gear icon > Payroll Settings) to ensure your deposit schedule (monthly or semi-weekly) is correct. If the schedule changed, the payment won't appear as due when expected.
• Missing Payment Schedule: Double check a payment schedule is established for the 941 tax item, and check the "Payroll Liability Balances" report to verify if the liability exists.
• Reconcile with Filings Tab: Navigate to Taxes > Payroll Tax > Filings. If the 941 form was already filed (even if by mistake), it won't show under the "Pay Taxes" tab. You can click on the Filings tab to view the status and, if needed, "Record Payment" manually.
• Refresh/Browser Issues: Clear your browser cache or try a different browser, as QBO can display outdated information.
