Yes. We can connect PayPal with your QuickBooks account, feng_4_ever-live.

This way, all your transactions from PayPal will be automatically downloaded to your QBO account. From there, you can categorise the them.

Afaik, they have yet to offer PayPal as an option to pay QBO subscriptions.
