Is this billing charge refundable for an early renewal fee?

I was charged ₱1100 before my renewal date (April 20). I did not authorize this early charge and I have not used the service after the billing. I am requesting clarification if this can be refunded as an early or unintended renewal charge.

Hi there, Jeanny. To ensure this charge is handled correctly, contact our QuickBooks Live Support, as they can safely access your account and billing details, verify the charge, and determine refund eligibility.

 

Just click the Help menu inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, then go to the Search tab. Enter Contact Us and choose either Callback or Chat. You can also visit the QuickBooks support site for more details.
