Just wondering is there a way to set up notifications by email

Currently, the ability to set up email notifications for money going into the bank account is unavailable. When you connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), the software will download transactions from your bank account automatically. This saves you time by avoiding data input errors that can arise when entering data manually.

You may consider checking with your bank if they offer email alerts once transactions are coming from your bank account.
