Question

My previous monthly was RM86.99 since Jan 2026, but it was increased to RM175 monthly without my knowledge. May I know what caused the increase of the pricing?

Thanks for reaching out, Zhuang. Is this your first time subscribing to QuickBooks since January? If so, the rate shift may be due to the end of a promotional or introductory offer.

New customers receive a discounted rate for 3 to 6 months. After this period, the subscription automatically returns to the standard price.

To confirm this, I recommend checking your monthly subscription invoices. I've attached a screenshot for reference.

This will help determine whether the pricing change reflects the end of a discount period or whether your account requires further review.

If anything doesn’t look right or you’d like help reviewing the details, feel free to reach out. We’re here to ensure you have clear visibility into your billing and that your subscription continues to support your business needs.
