Can you share more details about what happens when you use QuickBooks Online? I just want to make sure that we give you the right steps or information that can resolve the issue,

 

In the meantime, I'll share some steps that can resolve some the of the most common unexpected and browser issues when using QBO. 

 

Start by using an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. Here are some of keyboard shortcuts to quickly open an incognito session: 

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge
