Currently, there is no built-in payroll capability for QuickBooks Online International. That is why the Payroll tab is not showing in your QuickBooks Online account.
As a workaround, you can manually enter the accounting data for your payroll using the journal entry feature. The steps below will guide you through the complete steps.
Go to the +New button.
Select Journal Entry.
Under Date, select the paycheque date.
Input Entry # for the journal entry. (Optional)
Debit and Credit accounts:
Debit expense account used to track gross wages.
Debit expense account used to track Employer Contribution.
