Since the issue continues to occur and it's about subscription payment, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and investigate the cause of this payment.
Subscribing to QuickBooks Online (QBO) India is easy, and I'm here to guide you how, @kmkazi.
You'll first have to visit our website to see our latest plan and pricing. Choose either the Buy now & Save or Try 30 days Free Trial to get started. Then, input all the necessary details (i.e., Email address (User ID), First name, Last name, Mobile number, and Password) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the subscription process.
On the other hand, we've updated our support options in QBO. You'll have to request or start a chat conversation to contact one of our support experts. They're available from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (12:00 pm - 8:30 pm GMT+8). To do this, here's how:
