On 30 fday trial . try to enter a bill but get message saying you must enter an account 4 for this transaction . of course i have a supplier name entered?? !!!!????

This prompt message usually comes up when a bill is created and everything was filled out except the Category account. You can check out the screenshot below as your reference.

You can fix this out by making sure that a category account is selected before closing the transaction. This way, you can record them in the program. Here's how:

1. Click +New and select Bill.
2. Choose the supplier in the Supplier drop-down list.
3. Select the category account in the CATEGORY drop-down menu.
4. Enter the rest of the info and click Save and close.
