Question

(PII removed) are unable to receive their invites to be added to my quickbooks account. All emails are correct.

when i send invites it do not go even though the email addresses are all correct

Since the emails are confirmed to be correct, but your invited users are still not receiving their invitations to join your QuickBooks account, let’s troubleshoot the issue.

 

To resolve this, here’s what to do:

 

  1. Have the users check their junk or spam folders, as invitation emails may sometimes end up there.
  2. Verify that your company’s email address is correctly formatted in the Company tab under Account and Settings, ensuring there are no extra spaces or incorrect characters.
  3. The recipient’s mail servers might be blocking the emails from reaching their inbox.

 

If mail servers block emails from Intuit, ask the users to add Intuit’s domains and IP addresses to their email provider’s allowlist.
