It's great to see you here in the Community space for the first time, Ricardo.

To better assist you, I have a few questions about your situation. Are you currently on a free trial or a paid plan? Does the payment reminder you received mention an auto-renewal date or any upcoming charges? Were you able to navigate to “Billing & Subscription” but cannot find the cancel button?

The steps to cancel your subscription depend on where you signed up. If you subscribed directly through the QuickBooks website, you can cancel your subscription within QuickBooks by following these steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Locate your subscription and click the Cancel button.

Please note that only the primary admin or billing admin can see and use the cancel button. If you don't have this role, or if an accountant or reseller bills your subscription, the cancel button won't appear. In this case, your accountant will need to either cancel the subscription or transfer billing to you first.

You can refer to this article for different ways to cancel your subscription based on where you signed up: Cancel your subscription.

Additionally, if you're on a free trial and haven't added any payment method, you won't be charged when the trial ends, even if you received a reminder. However, you can still cancel the trial in the Subscriptions and billing section to stop further reminders.
