We can get your account back by reactivating your QuickBooks Online subscription account. The steps below will guide you thoroughly on how to do it.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. In the Company tab, select Account and settings.
  4. Go to Billing & subscription, then select Resubscribe.
  5. Select the appropriate payment method.
  6. Enter the updated payment and billing information.
  7. Click Resubscribe.

 

That's it. Please know that once a paid or trial subscription is cancelled, we still keep your data for a year. You can always restore them by reactivating your account within a year.
