How to turn off the Bill approval in QBO. Whenever I create & save the bill, it will automatically go to sent for approval. My client gave me access to his QBO, but my client also does not know how to turn off.

I'd be glad to guide you on how to turn off the Bill Approval feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Menu tab on the left pane.
  2. Hover over Workflow automation and choose My workflows.
  3. Locate the workflow you want to turn off.
  4. Switch it off under ON/OFF column.
  5. Click Disable to proceed.
