Under expenses, why i cannot add in "new expenses category " ?

Under "what is it for" for expenses, when i press, cause it says (required) i tried to add new categories but it says error adding in. How to solve this?

Another potential cause might be that your account or the category you added to your chart of accounts exceeds the maximum limit of 250 accounts.

 

If the expense category you added does not exceed this limit, try clearing your browser’s cache to remove any stored webpage data that might be causing the issue. Should clearing the cache fail to resolve the problem, try using a different supported browser.
