Hi @Origam.

 

Thank you for trusting QuickBooks as your accounting software. You can renew your subscription annually by going to the Billing & Subscription. This will help you pay it every year.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon. 
  2. Select Account and settings. 
  3. Press the Billing & Subscription. 
  4. Press Switch to annual billing.

If you'd like to renew your QuickBooks Online subscription, you do this by going to the Account and Settings menu. I'd recommend following these steps for detailed guidance. 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Click Resubscribe.
  4. If you already have an activation code, click Already have an activation code?, then follow the onscreen instructions.
  5. If you have a promotion code, enter the code in the box.
  6. Click Subscribe to complete the process.
