Question

What have they done to QB Online, ruined it. No longer flows, things that used to work don't! Time to leave.

I understand how frustrating it is to deal with changes that disrupt your workflow, especially when things used to work perfectly. I'm here to guide you in syncing them again in QuickBooks Online (QBO), deane.

Beforehand, could you clarify what you mean by “no longer flows”? This will help me to provide a solution tailored to your specific concern.

If you’re referring to your bank transactions, please check your bank’s website for any maintenance alerts that might be preventing transactions from syncing.

Once you are logged in to your bank’s website, look for any updates, messages, or notifications that may require your attention.

If you don’t find any alerts, you can manually update your bank transactions to get the latest entries. Here’s how:

    1. Open the Transactions menu.
    2. Select Bank Transactions.
    3. Click the Update button to refresh your transactions.

Feel free to reach out if you have additional questions.
