Hi there, Martin. Can you clarify where the incorrect prices are appearing? For example, are you seeing the issue on invoices, reports, or product and service prices? QuickBooks Online generally follows the regional currency format. For example, many European countries use a comma (,) as the decimal separator and a period (.) for thousands. However, the way values appear can also depend on your regional settings.

If you haven’t checked yet, review your settings by going to Settings, then Account and settings, and open the Advanced tab. Under Other preferences, check the Currency format and make sure it matches your region (for example, a comma for decimals in Europe).

If the issue persists after reviewing these settings, I recommend contacting our live support team during their available hours. As they have the right tools to check your account configuration in more detail and look into your issue further.

If you have further questions, feel free to leave a comment.
