Why are the rates in the PO different from products and services?

I put the rate of 22.50 in the products and services list but when I pull the product in the PO, it becomes 0.1927

Hi, @esmeralda3. The difference you’re seeing between the rates could be due to the cost not being updated or reflected correctly in the item's profile. 

 

You can verify the correct rate by checking the Inventory page to ensure the cost is properly saved in the item's profile.

 

However, if the cost is already set to 22.50, you can try resetting the item type to address any potential issues. Follow these steps:

 

  1. Select Edit in the Action column.
  2. Select Change type. Change the item type.
  3. Save and close the changes.
  4. Then, go back and change the item type again to the appropriate one.
  5. Re-enter the cost as 22.50 and Save again.

 

If the issue persists, log out of your QuickBooks Online account and log back in to refresh the session. This often helps resolve any temporary display or syncing issues.
