In the meantime, let's use the incognito browser and we'll have to perform the basic troubleshooting. Let's start by opening the program using an incognito window. It's the best place to spot browser hiccups. Here are the shortcut keys:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you're able to post it, you can go back to the main browser, then clear the cache to refresh it.

Just your info, before this today just working as normal but after that the time that I contacted until now can't post any bills transactions. (those transactions is the same, from bill to another bills, nature, amount & other).

I can share another way to fix this.
When the maximum number of Cambodian Riel(KHR) money is reached, an error notice appears. Splitting the transaction into two lines will help solve this problem. Please take a look at the image below.
