I can help you fix that, naveen1.

You can adjust the year from the Date fields to 2021 upon creating any transactions. Once you click Save or Save and Close, the program will now follow that date. Here's how to do it:

  1. Click the + New button.
  2. Select any transaction.
  3. Enter the necessary information.
  4. Change the date from the Date fields to 2021.
  5. When you're done, click Save or Save and close.

I've also got the steps here in changing the date format in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Accounts and Settings.
  2. Choose Advanced, then head to the Other preferences section.
  3. Click the Edit icon beside Date format.
  4. From the Date format drop-down arrow, select the desired format.
  5. Select Save, then Done.

Do you have some pending tasks or need to work on other areas in the program? You can get some helpful references from our QuickBooks Help Articles page.

If I can be of any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to drop me a comment below. I'll be around to help.
