On a different note, this might be a browser cache issue. To see if this is the case, we can use an incognito or a private window:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
Log in using the correct credentials, then check to see if you can access your company file. Go back to your regular browser and clear its cache if you can. Close and reopen it after doing so.
