I'll share some information about restoring lost data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QBO doesn't have the option to restore lost data. Though the system automatically backup your data every night, it can't be restored. Anything that is deleted or removed from your QBO account can be recovered by adding them again.
To do so, you can run the Audit log report to review the lost data and re-enter it again. Here's how:
Click the Gear icon, then select Audit log.
Choose the appropriate User, Date Changed, and Events from the drop-down menu.
Locate the lost data.
Under the History column, select View.
All the information needed for the transaction can be found under the Event column.
Once done, you can now re-enter the transaction using the information from the audit log.
