You'll be glad to know that you can use one login credential to multiple companies, usercaltexlinmeyer.

If you add more companies in the future, here's how to add them under your existing user ID:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription you want.
  2. You’ll see one of two sign-in pages and ask you to confirm the account you want to sign in under.
  3. Select “Yes, that’s correct." if you recently signed in to QuickBooks.
  4. If not, select Add another company. When asked, enter the same ID and password you already use for QuickBooks.
  5. Fill out all the information about your new company and you’re good to go.

If you already have multiple companies under separate accounts in QuickBooks Online, you can move them all under one account.

Feel free to leave a comment below if there's anything else you need. I'll be right here anytime to help.

Can I do the reverse? Separate multiple companies into separate QuickBook accounts as I am leaving a company?

How do you manage your multi-company data in one QBO account? If you are using the Class/Location feature, you can split data to multiple QBO accounts if needed.

@usercaltexlinmeyer

You may use the same email address to manage multi QBO accounts.
