How do I downgrade

I have all the steps to help you downgrade your QuickBooks Online (QBO) plan, Kopong.

Before proceeding with the downgrade, it’s important to consider a few things. Downgrading your plan means losing access to certain features that you currently use. Thus, it’s a good idea to check out the available features and pricing of the plan you’re considering downgrading to and ensure it aligns with your business needs. 

Once certain, follow these steps to downgrade:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
2. From the Cog Wheel, select Subscriptions and Billing.
3. In the QuickBooks section, click Downgrade your plan.
4. Review the available plans and then select Choose Plan.
5. Follow the onscreen steps to downgrade your plan.
