How do you upgrade an apple subscription to the top plan ?

You'll just have to cancel the subscription from your Apple App Store. Once done, resubscribe on the web. 

To cancel the subscription from the App store:

1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Name to access your Apple ID.
3. Click on Subscriptions and choose QuickBooks Online.
4. Select Cancel.

Once done, open a supported browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari) and use this link to log in to your account: qbo.intuit.com/. You should be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
