Go to the (?) Help icon.
Select Talk to a Human.
Enter a short description of your concern.
Click on I still need a human.
Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
Choose to Get a callback.
You can log in to your Financial Institution's website and accept the prompt. Then, refresh the connection in QuickBooks for a successful connection.
If the issue persists, consider uploading your transaction manually in the program. I'll guide you on how to do it:
Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.
In your QBO account, go to the Banking menu.
From the Update drop-down, select File Upload.
Click Browse and select the web-connect file from your bank.
