I have invited a user and she is receiving the link but when using the link to add herself as a user she got an error message "WRONG LINK"

I understand the importance of inviting a user to your account, info1952. Let me provide more insights about the error message she's receiving.

I want you to know that our engineers have determined the root cause of this issue and are working to deploy a resolution. Usually, this error occurs because the email system has a limit on the length of URLs it can handle. Older versions of Microsoft Outlook can only grasp URLs up to 2084 characters long, so if a URL exceeds this limit, it gets cut off and displays an error message saying it's the wrong link. While we do not have an estimated time for resolution, the user can follow these workarounds for now:

1) Accept the invite using Outlook online (instead of on your desktop) or another webmail client.

2) Accept the invite from a mobile device.

3) Update your Outlook desktop to the newest version.

Also, I suggest contacting our QBO Support to have your name added to the affected users in the list. It'll ensure that you receive timely email notifications regarding the latest developments. 

To start:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. Tap on Contact Us from the Search tab.
4. Enter a short description of your concern, then choose a way to connect with support.
