I need to print a Delivery Note with a signature and date line for client to sign. How can this be accomplished?

You might want to use the Packing Slip option, wayne-ngwesh-co-.

While we're unable to customize and add lines to the packing slip form, you might want to manually affix your signature and a line where your customers can sign it. 

Here's how to generate a packing slip:

1. Go to the Sales menu and click Invoices.
2. Open an invoice.
3. Click the Print or Preview menu at the bottom.
4. Select Print packing slip. 
5. Click the Print button.
