The bank error 102 means that there's a problem on your bank's end. Let me help you with fixing it.
First, you'll want to check to see if your bank is having system maintenance or any related issues. Once they fixed it, let's manually update the connection.
Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
Select Update.
If everything's fine on the bank's end and you're still having this error, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, enter "Bank Error 102".
Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
