Where do I find previously sent quotations on the system, please?

You can run and customized the Quotes by Customer report. This displays a list of all the quotes you created in QuickBooks. Also, you'd know whether it was send to your customers or not. I can guide you on how to do it.

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Scroll down to the Sales and Customers section.
3. Double-click on the Quotes by Customer report.
4. Click the Customise button.
5. Set the report's Date Range.
6. From the Rows/Columns section, click the Change columns link.
7. Make sure to mark the following tick boxes:
   • Date
   • No.
   • Quote Status
   • Amount
   • Delivery Address
   • Sent
8. Click the Run Report button. 

You can click the Save Customisation button to save the personalisation you've made for future use.
