Sometimes, missing tab is caused by your iPad restrictions or issues. You can fix them by following the steps below:
iOS:
Go to Settings and click Setting General iPhone Storage.
Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, hit the Offload App.
Android:
From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device).
Choose the QuickBooks app from the list
Select Storage
Hit Clear Data.
Once refreshed, restart your iPad, logged back in, and check if you're able to see employees and other information.
