Can i save & print reports for Expenses and Income so they match my quaterly Figures

You can print reports for expenses and income by printing the Profit and Loss report with your quarterly data.

To do this:

1. Select Reports on the left menu.
2. Select Profit and Loss on the Business overview section.
3. In the Report Period section, select the appropriate time frame, or alternatively select the dates of the period in the date selector.
4. Select Run Report.
5. On the top-right corner of the report (not the top-right corner of QuickBooks), select the Printer icon.
6. Select the Printer icon on the top-right of the previewed report to print the report.
